SUGGESTED USE: Calculate drops of chaga mushroom extract required, by using Body Weight - Volume Dosage Calculation, indicated directly below. Put required drops of chaga mushroom extract into you mouth and add 1-2 ounces of water. Swish around mouth and in between teeth for up to 60 seconds before swallowing 2-3 times a day. *Leaving EartHerbs Chaga Extract, for 60 seconds in the mouth before swallowing, allows the ionic minerals and nutrients to enter the body through the sublingual system and strengthen gums at the same time.
